3.3.1.1 All GoTeach activities have a clear benefit for employees and their teams:
  • Employees act as role models, helping young people develop confidence and employability skills
  • Employees build on their own leadership, mentoring, problem solving and communication skills
  • The employee’s place of work, along with DHL Group as a company, is showcased as a leading local employer that cares about the local community (which in turn builds our company reputation)
