Annually the young people are asked to give us feedback based on their GoTeach experiences throughout the calendar year or period of their participation.
This evaluation is intended to create an understanding of their experiences and whether or not the experience has achieved the intended key performance areas derived from the theory of change - social case.
The evaluation is available online, for young people to respond to online or for the forms to be printed and handed to the young people to complete and then uploaded.
The feedback is important for us to learn about areas of improvement, areas of strength and to learn how to adjust the programme going forward.
Participation from young people is vital for creating a clear understanding of their needs and how to address them but also to understand what the programme achieved directly from the young people.
