7.5.1.2.2.1 Global contracts

7.5.1.2.2.1.1 The contracting of GoTeach partnerships is managed by the CEO board department.

The contract is an agreement between DPDHL Group and its partners that sets out the duties and obligations of the partners to each other and to the GoTeach partnership. The contract sets clear expectations regarding the duration of the partnership, financial contributions, planning, reporting and communications.  

The contract thus creates a formal, binding framework. However, we do not see the contract as the main success factor for the GoTeach partnership. We are convinced that the decisive factor for successful cooperation is the trusting cooperation and ongoing coordination between the parties to the contract, which has developed and proven itself over many years of partnership.
