# Committed GoTeach team: GoTeach runs through collaboration: A team with different skills, experiences, and viewpoints comes together as one global team, committed to doing their best for young people in need and sharing the same mindset – supportive, with passion for GoTeach and openness. We work on eye-level and seek to find joint solution.

# Local ownership and global framework: The program on country level relies on the personal commitment and responsibility that local GoTeach teams take in working together. Given the large number of countries, and the differences between these contexts,  activities vary quite a bit at the country-level, but have the same objectives.

# Sharing experience: Local employees are the biggest asset we have in GoTeach. They are our experts and role models for how successful the transition to the world of work can be, even if circumstances are challenging.  All activities aim at training and guiding the young people and/or sharing personal career development stories and experience.
#'''Committed GoTeach team''': GoTeach runs through collaboration: A team with different skills, experiences, and viewpoints comes together as one global team, committed to doing their best for young people living in disadvantaged socioeconomic circumstances and sharing the same mindset – supportive, with passion for GoTeach and openness. # Creating solutions: The future belongs to those who take what they have learnt from today to build a better tomorrow. That is why we not only encourage our GoTeach teams to create and drive own solutions in their local context. Drawing on our years of experience, we encourage other companies to engage in similar ways.

The spirit of GoTeach defines the environment in which we work. Our spirit includes a variety of elements including the program’s mission, vision, goals and attributes of our culture.

2.4.1 Four Attributes

  1. Committed GoTeach team: GoTeach runs through collaboration: A team with different skills, experiences, and viewpoints comes together as one global team, committed to doing their best for young people in need and sharing the same mindset – supportive, with passion for GoTeach and openness. We work on eye-level and seek to find joint solution.
  2. Local ownership and global framework: The program on country level relies on the personal commitment and responsibility that local GoTeach teams take in working together. Given the large number of countries, and the differences between these contexts,  activities vary quite a bit at the country-level, but have the same objectives.
  3. Sharing experience: Local employees are the biggest asset we have in GoTeach. They are our experts and role models for how successful the transition to the world of work can be, even if circumstances are challenging.  All activities aim at training and guiding the young people and/or sharing personal career development stories and experience.
  4. Creating solutions: The future belongs to those who take what they have learnt from today to build a better tomorrow. That is why we not only encourage our GoTeach teams to create and drive own solutions in their local context. Drawing on our years of experience, we encourage other companies to engage in similar ways.
