3.3.1.1 All GoTeach activities have a clear benefit for employees and their teams:

- Employees build on their own leadership, mentoring, problem solving and communication skills
- The employee’s place of work, along with DPDHLGroup as a company, is showcased as a leading local employer that cares about the local community (which in turn builds our company reputation)
