Annually the young people are asked to give us feedback based on their GoTeach experiences throughout the calendar year or period of their participation.  
Every year the young people involved in the program are asked to provide feedback on the basis of their GoTeach experiences, whether gained over the course of the calendar year or during a specific period of participation.  


This evaluation is intended to create an understanding of their experiences and whether or not the experience has achieved the intended key performance areas derived from the theory of change - social case.

The feedback is important for us to learn about areas of improvement, areas of strength and to learn how to adjust the programme going forward.
