Every year the volunteers involved in the program are asked to provide feedback on the basis of their GoTeach experiences, whether gained over the course of the calendar year or during a specific period of participation.

This evaluation is intended to create an overarching understanding of their experiences and establish whether the experience has achieved the intended objectives in the key performance areas derived from the theory of change business case.

The evaluation is available online and only takes a few minutes to complete. The feedback is important as it is a useful source of information in helping us understand what is going well, where we could improve, and how the program could be adjusted going forward.

In addition to the GoTeach evaluation, there are two other surveys used to assess employee opinions in respect of GoTeach:

  • The annual Employee Opinion Survey is conducted globally and includes questions specifically related to GoTeach thus providing further insight into employee views on GoTeach
  • The annual Employee Shuttle Survey is also conducted globally and includes specific GoTeach-related questions. It provides insights on a regional level as to how employees percieve GoTeach, the partnership, and whether they have been involved or would like to be in future.
