“Go Teach” program, which aims to promote the employability, empowerment and access to the first job of young participants of SOS Paraguay Children's Villages.

"Go Teach" is made up of training workshops and has trainings led by DHL Paraguay volunteer collaborators, who will help strengthen the employability of young people through workshops on leadership, self-esteem, job opportunities, access to professional training, work experience and other skills necessary to enter the world of work.

Milva Bogado, Country Manager of DHL Paraguay highlighted the partnership between SOS Children's Villages Paraguay: We have been partners with SOS CV for 5 years, empowering young people and training them for working life. Go Teach is an excellent opportunity for the youth and it is also a very nice opportunity for our employees, who have the chance to share their experiences and in some way feel that they inspire these youth to a better future.

Olegario Olmedo, National Director of SOS Children's Villages Paraguay stressed that young people should be trained. “We are very happy because young people will continue to be trained. It is the fifth year of Go Teach implementation. In SOS CV we have a pedagogical process that we carry out, which is the care of children who are with us from a very young age, when they reach youth they take advantage of DHL training workshops, which gives them the necessary tools for life It is guaranteed that these young adolescents are awakening interest in work. We thank DHL for continuing to support Aldeas, "he said.

Go Teach has meant much more to the young participants than training. It has allowed them to experience a real work environment within the facilities of a major company like DHL and most importantly, it has given them a lot of security and the tools to insert themselves into the difficult task of looking for a job when the right time comes.
