7.5.1.2.1.1 SOS Partnership: National Agreements
Each partnership country is asked to sign a National Agreement. National Agreements are necessary due to fact that SOS CV International or DPDHL/Corporate GoTeach cannot define legally binding contractual agreements on behalf of national SOS Associations or DHL. On DHL side all BUs involved in the partnership are requested to sign the document. The National Agreement has to meet national legal requirements. Contract year shall be a calendar year. A model contract defined by the global team is made available to all partner countries.
