- Preparing a checklists for each of the partners in preparation for the activity identifying areas of responsibility for each partner

One evaluation form needs to be completed by the young people – evaluating the GoTeach Activities for the year
- This should be done at the last activity for the year
- If possible it can be done online using the link
- Alternatively the evaluation forms are printed, completed by the young people and collected to be loaded onto the online evaluation database
