7.5.1.2.1.1.1 SOS Partnership: National agreements
Each partnership country is asked to sign a national agreement. National agreements are necessary due to fact that SOS CV International or DPDHL/Corporate GoTeach cannot define legally binding contractual agreements on behalf of national SOS Associations or DHL. At DHL, all BUs involved in the partnership are requested to sign the document. The national agreement has to meet national legal requirements. The contract year represents a calendar year. A model contract defined by the global team is made available to all partner countries.
7.5.1.2.1.1.2 Donation guidelines for Central and South America Express (CSA)
For compliance reasons, an approval process for donations is applicable based on Global Express Guidelines for Donations. Both documents can be found in the attachments. These guidelines apply exclusively to donations that exceed the annually planned GoTeach budget and are additionally paid from the local budget of the respective country.
An exception from these guidelines is made for the planned GoTeach budget which is approved at the beginning of each year. This process is managed by the Regional GoTeach Program Manager.
