• The Head of the GoTeach global team informs GoTeach Managers when funds have been transferred.
• The local DHL contact who manages the budget for each region sends confirmation of receipt of the money to the GoTeach Manager as soon as the bank transfer is received.
  • Americas: DHL Express Central South America, based in Costa Rica
  • Asia Pacific: DHL Express Singapore
  • Africa: DHL Express SSA

• January - March: Each country proposes an action plan with a budget for each activity for validation by the respective GoTeach Manager for the regions.
• The budget is presented in local currency or in euro according to the "action plan" model.
