GoTeach promotes locally led initiatives :
- Starting with local leadership and initiative that follows the unifying vision and goals of the GoTeach initiative
- Each local team launches a year-long plan based on local needs and available capacity.
- Continuous growth is achieved by regular communication with global and regional teams
The role of GoTeach global and regional teams:
- Gathers and shares insights: We capture and spread lessons by identifying insights from across the program and advising countries in applying them to their individual contexts
- Facilitates connections: Through global and regional meetings and visits and one-on-one connections to learn from one-another.
