*'''Partnerships on specific initiatives:''' SOS Children's Villages and Teach For All, for example, have shared insights on student leadership.

Learning communities: Connect members of our network including network staff, teachers, and alumni through online platforms and events to learn from and support each other.
*'''Global GoTeach Calls:''' Monthly regional calls allow participants to share lessons, reflections and learn from one another in real time.

Learning experiences: Help accelerate our collective impact by surfacing and spreading insights through virtual training modules, coaching, peer learning opportunities, learning loops (three-week, discovery based learning processes), roundtables, and workshops
*'''Gathering and sharing best practices:''' Collecting successful practices and developing knowledge and tools so that participants can access and utilize them easily.

Learning resources: Asynchronous courses and tools to share insights on learnings from across the world and housing it in a two-way platform where participants can easily access and share information.

GoTeach also aims to share knowledge outside the direct scope of the program: Through our multi-stakeholder partnership network [[Scaling GoTeach/YouthCan!|YouthCan!]], for example, we aim to further increase the scope by offering our program guidelines to other corporate and NGO partners.

Having a ‘Learning Orientation’

The learning self: Transformational communities are led by people hungry to learn, and open to ‘unlearning’  deeply held views through disorientating experiences.  A learning orientation also requires humility – an ability to

intentionally hold space to listen to others, and expand our own thinking.

The learning team: We have to create safe structures that encourage experimentation and exploration. This should be combined with developing a culture that allows us to openly acknowledge setbacks without blame and judgement. There are often pressures that push us to focus on action, however these should be balanced with space for reflection and growth

The learning network: We must work to develop learning systems, both across and beyond our communities. Partner organizations have the potential to be a powerful natural laboratory of innovation, learning from students, educators, families and others who are supporting young students in underserved and marginalized communities.

10.5.1 Sharing Knowledge within GoTeach

10.5.1.1 GoTeach has developed a structure that fosters the development of collective knowledge and expertise, while creating space for reflection and growth:
  • Global and regional meetings: Allow us to share insights on learning from across the world.
  • Partnerships on specific initiatives: SOS Children's Villages and Teach For All, for example, have shared insights on student leadership.
  • Global GoTeach Calls: Monthly regional calls allow participants to share lessons, reflections and learn from one another in real time.
  • Gathering and sharing best practices: Collecting successful practices and developing knowledge and tools so that participants can access and utilize them easily.

GoTeach also aims to share knowledge outside the direct scope of the program: Through our multi-stakeholder partnership network YouthCan!, for example, we aim to further increase the scope by offering our program guidelines to other corporate and NGO partners.
