Each local team is autonomous and responds to local needs while establishing connections to regional and global teams to learn and grow.

GoTeach promotes locally led initiatives :

• Starting with local leadership and initiative that follows the unifying vision and goals of the GoTeach initiative

• Each local team launches a year-long plan based on local needs and available capacity.
• Continuous growth is achieved by regular communication with global and regional teams

The role of GoTeach global and regional teams:

• Gathers and shares insights: We capture and spread lessons by identifying insights from across the program and advising countries in applying them to their individual contexts
• Facilitates connections: Through global and regional meetings and visits and one-on-one connections to learn from one-another.
