10.5.1 Sharing Knowledge within GoTeach
10.5.1.1 GoTeach has developed a structure that fosters the development of collective knowledge and expertise, while creating space for reflection and growth:
- Global and regional meetings: Allow us to share insights on learning from across the world.
- Partnerships on specific initiatives: SOS Children's Villages and Teach For All, for example, have shared insights on student leadership.
- Global GoTeach Calls: Monthly regional calls allow participants to share lessons, reflections and learn from one another in real time.
- Gathering and sharing best practices: Collecting successful practices and developing knowledge and tools so that participants can access and utilize them easily.
GoTeach also aims to share knowledge outside the direct scope of the program: Through our multi-stakeholder partnership network YouthCan!, for example, we aim to further increase the scope by offering our program guidelines to other corporate and NGO partners.
