First of all, it is important to identify the involvement of Country Managers at different moments of the program and how their role and participation are defined.

Country Managers are main participants in this type of events, since they are responsible for presenting the company to new partners, in addition to signing the local Agreement that defines the GoTeach partnership.
Their inputs during workshops with young people are also very helpful. It is important to start their involvement and achieve their long-term commitment to the program. |
Active participation as a volunteer | Country Managers also participate as volunteers in the various GoTeach activities, either as workshop facilitators, mentors, talking about their professional experience on a panel or welcoming new interns on their first day in the office.
