10.5.1 Sharing Knowledge within GoTeach
10.5.1.1 GoTeach has developed a structure that allows the development of collective wisdom and creates spaces for reflection and growth:
- Global and regional meetings: allow us to share insights on learning from across the world.
- Partnerships on specific initiatives: for example SOS Villages and Teach For All have shared insights on student leadership.
- Global GoTeach Calls: monthly regional calls allow participants to share lessons, reflections and learn from one another in real time.
- Gathering and sharing best practices: collecting successful practices and developing knowledge product and tools for participants to easily access and utilize them.
GoTeach also aims to share knowledge outside the direct scope of the programme: through our multi stakeholder partnership network YouthCan! for example, we aim to further increase the scope in terms of offering our programmes guidelines to other corporate and NGO-partners.
