7.5.7.3.1.1 Guideline on social engagement, donations and volunteer work at Deutsche Post DHL Group
The Corporate Citizenship Guideline is intended for all subsidiaries within Deutsche Post DHL Group and applies to all Group companies, operations and business activities. As such, the guideline ensures that DPDHL's undertakings in the area of corporate citizenship are implemented holistically, with long-term impact in mind and in alignment with stakeholder requirements. Corporate citizenship guidelines of all companies within Deutsche Post DHL Group are to be aligned with this corporate guideline. The guideline is subordinate to the Group’s Code of Conduct.
7.5.7.3.1.2 Creating an understanding of the Code of Conduct within DPDHL Group for young people
Sharing the Group's Code of Conduct with young people ensures an understanding of the rules within the business and how these rules should be applied during their time as interns, job shadowing and participating in GoTeach activities.
